These terms apply when you order or use a THIS YOU personalized magazine or its accompanying digital edition. THIS YOU is operated by SIA Smartsoft, registration No. 50103543771, VAT No. LV50103543771.

1. The product

THIS YOU is a personalized printed fashion and culture periodical published four times a year, with one issue for every season and a different city for each issue. Shared editorial material is common to readers of the same issue, while selected fashion, products and personalized imagery are created for the individual reader. Each personalized edition is therefore unique.

2. Personalization and editorial discretion

We use the photographs, measurements, sizing, fit and style information you provide to create your edition. AI-assisted systems are used for analysis, styling, product research and visual generation, followed by human editorial review. Fashion and taste are subjective. We do not guarantee that every styling choice, product or image will match your personal taste.

3. Real products, availability and prices

We aim to use real clothing, accessories and retailer listings. Product availability, sizes, prices, descriptions and URLs can change at any time. Prices shown in the magazine may become outdated or be slightly inaccurate. We do not guarantee continued availability of third-party products.

AI-assisted editorial imagery may not reproduce every product with perfect technical accuracy. Before purchasing a featured item, check the original retailer listing for current images, specifications, sizing, price, availability and terms.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is accepted after successful payment verification. Prices, shipping and applicable taxes are shown during checkout. If you purchase several issues in one checkout, they may be fulfilled in one or several shipments depending on release timing and fulfillment availability.

5. Production and changes after ordering

Personalized production may begin shortly after payment. Once work has begun, changes to photographs, measurements, preferences, selected issues or other personalization details may no longer be possible. If you notice an important error, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

6. Shipping

Shipping prices are calculated from fulfillment-provider quotes where available. Delivery and dispatch estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by production schedules, carriers, customs, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside our direct control. Multiple issues from one checkout may ship separately.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Because each THIS YOU magazine is individually personalized and made specifically for one reader, orders generally cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once personalized production has begun. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights that may apply where goods arrive damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered.

8. Print variation

Minor differences between screen and print are normal. Colour, crop, paper appearance and image reproduction can vary slightly between digital previews, devices and the final printed product.

9. Digital edition

The digital edition is provided through an unlisted reader-specific link available from a QR code inside the printed magazine. Anyone with that link can read the edition, so you are responsible for deciding who you share it with. The link is read-only and does not provide profile editing or administrative access.

You may request removal of access to your digital edition at any time by contacting [email protected].

10. Your photographs and submitted content

You must have the right to provide and use any photographs or other materials you submit. Do not upload unlawful, infringing or unauthorised content. By submitting material, you give us permission to process it only as reasonably necessary to create, review, deliver and support your personalized edition.

11. Privacy

Our handling of photographs, profile information, order information and other personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Third-party services and links

Payment, email delivery, print fulfillment and some product links involve third-party services. Their availability and terms can change. Unless expressly stated, THIS YOU is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands and retailers whose products may appear in an editorial selection.

13. Contact and mandatory rights
