What exactly is personalized?
The city, articles, cultural stories and editorial world are shared by readers of the same issue. Your fashion direction, selected products and personalized editorial imagery are created around the photographs, sizing, fit and style information you provide.
How is my personalized style created?
We begin with your portrait as the primary identity reference and use your other photographs to understand proportions and appearance. We combine that with your sizing, fit and style preferences. For each fashion story we then consider the specific place, event, season and mood, build a style direction, search real retailers for pieces that fit it, refine the complete look and visualize you inside the scene. The final result is reviewed by a human editor before it enters your magazine.
Are the clothes and products real?
We source real products and retailer listings wherever possible. Fashion changes quickly, so availability, prices, sizes and links may change after your edition is created. Product images in AI-assisted editorial scenes are part of the visual storytelling and may not reproduce every item with perfect technical accuracy. Always check the original retailer listing before purchasing.
Will I definitely like every look?
We will try hard to make the styling feel relevant, coherent and sometimes pleasantly surprising, and every personalized edition is individually reviewed. But fashion and taste are subjective, so we cannot guarantee that every look, product or creative choice will match your personal taste.
When do I get the digital edition?
Your digital edition becomes available when you receive the printed magazine. Scan the reader-specific QR code inside your copy to open the unlisted, read-only digital version of that edition.
Can I share my digital edition?
Yes. The digital edition is unlisted rather than publicly published. Anyone you choose to give the link to can read it. The link does not provide profile editing or administrative access.
Do you publicly share my personalized magazine?
No. We do not publicly publish or distribute your personal edition unless we have separately agreed this with you. You may also ask us at any time to deactivate access to your digital edition by emailing [email protected].
How often is THIS YOU published?
Four times a year — one issue for every season, approximately every three months. Each issue moves to a different city, with a new cultural world, stories and moments.
Can I order more than one issue?
Yes. You can buy one or several available issues in one checkout. The same intake can be used for all issues in that order. If the issues become ready at different times, they may ship separately and shipping is calculated accordingly.
Can I change my details after ordering?
Personalized production can begin soon after payment, so changes may no longer be possible once work has started. If you notice an important mistake, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

THIS YOU is created by absurd.website, an art practice that builds startups, systems and digital experiments as artworks. THIS YOU grew from that experimental practice, but the result is a real physical magazine you can order, receive, hold and read.
