Personalization requires personal information. SIA Smartsoft, registration No. 50103543771, VAT No. LV50103543771, operates THIS YOU and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

1. Information we collect

Depending on your order, we may collect and process:

• your name and email address;
• shipping address and contact information;
• photographs you upload for personalization;
• sizing, body, fit, style and clothing-direction information you provide;
• the issues you order and related order, tax, shipping and fulfillment information;
• technical information needed to operate the website and digital edition.

2. Why we use it

We use this information to create and review your personalized magazine, process your order, calculate shipping, arrange print fulfillment, provide the digital edition, send transactional order emails, provide customer support, prevent abuse and meet legal or accounting obligations.

3. Photographs and personalization data

Your photographs and personalization information are used to create your edition. We do not publicly publish or distribute your personalized magazine unless we have separately agreed this with you.

4. Service providers

We use specialist providers where needed to operate the service. These currently include Stripe for payment and tax-related checkout functions, Prodigi for print fulfillment and shipping, and Mailgun for transactional email delivery. We share only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant service.

5. Digital edition

Your digital edition is accessed using an unlisted reader-specific link. Anyone you choose to share that link with can read that edition. It is not intended to function as a public profile or account.

You can ask us at any time to remove access to your digital edition by emailing [email protected].

6. How long we keep information

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for production, order support, security, accounting, legal obligations and legitimate business records. Different categories of information may need to be retained for different periods. Removing a digital edition does not necessarily require deletion of transaction or accounting records that we are legally required to keep.

7. Your requests

You may contact us to ask about your personal data, request correction where appropriate, request deletion where applicable, or ask us to remove your digital edition. Some requests can be limited by legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or other mandatory retention requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so please only submit information needed for the magazine.

9. International services

THIS YOU is available internationally and some service providers may process information in countries different from your own. We use providers and arrangements intended to support lawful operation of the service.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The current version will be published on this page.
